Bringing Experience to Serve our Community
With nearly a decade of criminal law experience, I have handled more than 4,000 cases per year, holding offenders accountable and securing meaningful penalties. I have tried cases and managed felony preliminary hearings. I currently serve as City Attorney for Bluefield, where I handle contracts, civil matters, land sales, local government regulations, civil service issues for police and fire departments, and criminal offenses.
I also serve as Attorney for the Bluefield West Virginia Economic Development Authority. I am admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, with experience before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and petitions to the Supreme Court of the United States.
